Technical Certificate of Credit

The purpose of the Culinary Nutrition Assistant certificate program is to equip individuals for employment in the culinary profession as food service assistants in settings such as school cafeterias, hospitals, nursing homes or other operations of quantity food production. The program combines theory and practical application necessary for successful employment.
